The seminar begins at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 9, and ends at noon on Friday, August 10. (On Thursday the seminar runs from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., with breaks and luncheon. On Friday the seminar runs from 8:00 a.m. until noon, with a break midway.) Registration includes Thursday and Friday breakfasts, Thursday luncheon, and beverage breaks.

The TMCA North Texas Chapter will host a come-and-go social at the Hilton from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Thursday--all attendees are welcome! The chapter has special swag bags for the first 100 attendees, refreshments, and door prizes! This is also attendees' opportunity to drop off completed bingo cards to be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a "Texas" script James Avery necklace.

The seminar will be held at the Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference center. Ask for rooms in Texas Municipal Clerks room block; our room rate: $149.00 (1 king bed or 2 queen beds). OPTIONAL EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITY

There will be an Athenian Dialogue held August 8 from 9:00-4:00 p.m. at the Hilton DFW Lakes in Grapevine. The book discussed will be The Boys in the Boat: Nine Americans and Their Epic Quest for Gold at the 1936 Olympics by Daniel James Brown. The dialogue will be led by IIMC Past President and Athenian Fellow Mary Lynne Stratta, TRMC. Learn more about this Dialogue here.

SEMINAR REGISTRATION FEE REFUND POLICY

If you are unable to attend the seminar, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a refund or transfer to a subsequent seminar (less a $25 processing fee) will be honored if written cancellation is received by Wednesday, July 25, 2018.
